Terms of sale

Products. Prints are archival pigment prints, made to order, signed and numbered by hand, in limited editions as stated on each product page. Each print is accompanied by a certificate of authenticity. Small variations from the image on screen are normal.

Prices and payment. Prices are in euros and include VAT where applicable. Shipping is paid by the buyer. Its cost depends on the destination and is confirmed by email after your order, before payment. Payment is made either by card through Stripe (I never see or store your card details) or by bank transfer, as confirmed by email when a reservation is accepted.

Production and delivery. Prints are produced after payment and usually ship within 10–14 days, rolled in a rigid tube, with tracking. Delivery times depend on the destination.

Right of withdrawal. If you are a consumer in the EU you may withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the print, without giving a reason. Write to me within that period; return the print undamaged in its original packaging within 14 days of telling me. I will refund the price and standard shipping within 14 days of receiving it back. Return shipping is paid by the buyer.

Damage in transit. If a print arrives damaged, send me a photo within 48 hours and I will replace it at no cost.

Contact and disputes. . These terms are governed by Spanish law.

Privacy

The controller of your personal data is Ivan Uralsky, contact . When you reserve or buy a print, I use your name, email and address only to arrange the order. Card payments are handled by Stripe, which processes your name, email, shipping address and payment details in order to take payment, and shares with me what I need to ship your order. When you email me, I use your message only to reply.

I keep order data for as long as required by tax law. You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, or object to its use, by writing to me. You may also complain to the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (aepd.es).

This website uses no analytics, no advertising and no tracking cookies. Fonts and images are served from this website.
